1.Product Description.
- Fe+Zn is whether the surface of ferromagnetic material is covered with zinc layer. This is very important when checking a car's paintwork and will reveal to us which body parts have been replaced by cheaper non-galvanised parts (non-original parts).
- This instrument is a portable tester which can measure the thickness of plating or coating on metal surfaces, specifically the thickness of non-magnetic coating on the surface of magnetic materials such as steel and iron (e.g. chrome, paint, ceramics, etc.), and the thickness of coatings on the surface of non-magnetic materials such as copper and aluminium (e.g. paint, etc.).
- The instrument has a built-in precision probe that automatically detects the properties of the substrate and the thickness of the coating layer through electromagnetic induction and eddy current effects.
2.Application Areas.
This instrument can measure the thickness of coating and plating layer without damage, quickly and precisely.
